Refund & Returns Policy

All products from The Whatever Club are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. That being said, contact us and we will try to fix any issues :)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please contact us at whateverclubco@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, printing issue, or incorrect item.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will work with you to resolve it. Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

You do not need to return a defective or damaged item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selections, as each product is made to order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us at whateverclubco@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
